Another episode in my Create A Club FM21 series with Holme FC. This Football Manager 2021 series starts off in the Pitching In Southern League Division One Central – we’ve got no fans, no history and new owner in Mrs Wearmouth who is imposing some pretty strict rules on how we manage the club – we ONLY allowed to use home grown players! Thankfully she’s invested in a fancy new youth setup for us, but I suspect we still have a long road ahead! Strap yourselves in folks, this is going to be a long one!

Funny that all you can find are Strikers or Wingers, in my non-league to legend save it was all about right backs. Never a decent striker!,

Love watching this series and the Bourne series, I usually save up a weeks worth of episodes and then binge watch them ⚽️
Only Kev would play a DLP on defend with 7 tackling who is supposed to protected the back 4 and then be shocked conceding 4. Gregoire has 14 tackling…. Some silly decisions.
PLAY GREGOIRE AS A DLP PLEASE. He’s perfect and Alabasic and Hodgkinson are so much better as B2B.
As this save is different more work should be done on tactics. 2 wingers hardly ever work, AM on support are useless. Pick players on attributes rather than star rating.
So is there no left backs in the save world? Like proper left back, not a right footed left back. Then your 'left full back' can actually play on the right and Gillespie in the middle kind of seems more beneficial while blooding in a new centre back

Last transfer window had a fair amount of turnover and the defense in particular starts with a bunch of new parts. Feels like a bit of a trap year with the new-look defense starting the year. Hopefully, Kev can turn this ship around.
