Another episode in my Create A Club FM21 series with Holme FC. This Football Manager 2021 series starts off in the Pitching In Southern League Division One Central – we’ve got no fans, no history and new owner in Mrs Wearmouth who is imposing some pretty strict rules on how we manage the club – we ONLY allowed to use home grown players! Thankfully she’s invested in a fancy new youth setup for us, but I suspect we still have a long road ahead! Strap yourselves in folks, this is going to be a long one!

It says 60% of International games for the previous 12 months so he's probably missed a chunk of games for South Korea at the start of the season or during last summer.
I think you signed a lot of players similar to the academy ones you already have. It looks really bloated. Maybe it's time to splash the cash for a hard-to-get player. Happy holidays!

the heading attribute isn't crucial for centre-backs. how accurately they direct the ball is much less important than them making contact in the first place.

The work permit rules are not based on calendar year (otherwise how would they work in January when no matches have been played yet?), they are based on within the past 12 months. You only counted back 5 months from June to January when looking at South Korea's matches.
